Deliveries in Italy usually take 24/48 hours. These timings could increase for deliveries in Calabria, Sicily and minor islands. We always suggest following your order through the tracking service offered by email by the forwarder.

Shipping costs for deliveries in Italy are €3,90 for order of or under €99,99. They are free for orders of or above €100.Shipping costs for deliveries in EU could change depending on destination country, they’re between €7,90 and €10. Deliveries in UK are at £9 for any amount order. You can always check shipping costs at the moment of the checkout before confirming the order.Shipping costs for North America deliveries are at $15 for any amount order.
Which forwarder is untrusted for deliveries in Europe and North America?
Depending on the destination, Footballove will decide to which forwarder entrust the shipments. For all EU countries forwarder used are FedEx, DHL, DPD Group.FedEx is used for all North America shipments.
How long is my order processed?
All orders with delivery in Italy received within 4 pm will be handled the same day. The others will be entrusted to the forwarder the first working day available.Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.All orders with delivery in Europe and North America received within 3pm CET will be processed the same day. The others will be entrusted to the courier the first working day available. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included.
Is it possible to ship to a Postal Box or to a Parcel Collect?
Footballove does not ship to postal box or parcel Collect because the forwarder needs a signature for the package and does not accept shipment for those destinations.
Are there any duty or additional taxes for shipments in Europe?
No, every shipment addressed to EU countries do not include any duty or additional taxes to be paid.
Are there any duty or additional taxes for shipments in North America?
Generally, any order with amount under $800 does not include any duty or additional taxes to be paid. In case the forwarder will ask for additional payment due to the goods import, we ask you to contact immediately our Customer Service. (link)
